WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

As a small brand, we take pride in not only our products - but our packaging too! We add personalised touches and custom gift wrap to each order, in the hopes that we can stand out from all the larger companies out there! If you wish to add a note to an order, just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. We care about you! 

Shipping costs - 

UK shipping is £3.49 and can take around 2-4 days once the item has been shipped.

International shipping is calculated at checkout and can take anywhere between 1-12 weeks once the item has been shipped. This is because we've tried our upmost to keep your shipping costs as low as physically possible at this time. Hang tight, your little parcel has to take an adventure to get to you - but it's on it's way! Oh, the stories it could tell.

Please note: Our North South Venture and Ticked Off apparel is custom made upon receiving your order which will take between 1-2 weeks. How exciting! Your items will then be shipped and arrive in the time frame above.  

Returns - Unfortunately at this time, we are not in a position to accept returns. Every item is hand crafted, and selected by us to package and send to you - so we do hope we can get it spot on each time! But should you face any issues with a defected item, send us a DM on instagram or email [email protected] and we will do everything we can to help.

Tax and Duty - This varies depending on the country, that means that sadly we cannot say with certainty if you will or will not be charged tax on imported goods. North South Venture is not responsible for any tax or import charges that are levied by your country on any imported goods. 

What if my order gets lost on it's adventure to my doorstep?! - Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages, but if you believe your package is lost, send us a DM on instagram or email [email protected] and we will launch an investigation with the respective carrier. We'll try our best to track it down, sometimes packages like to take a detour or the scenic route! 

Can I add or make changes my order? - If you need to make a change to your order such as an address change or gift note - Don't worry! Just let us know your issue on the same day you placed your order. This will give us the best chance to amend your order before we package it up for you. We will always try our best to help you in any way we can. Once a 24 hour period has passed, we can no longer guarantee that any changes can be made - but we will give it our best shot! 

Can I cancel my order?  - Oh no! You want to cancel? Once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. But please get in touch so we can resolve any worries you might have about your order!
